Ultimate Productivity

Your inbox - Your calendar, aligned to your strategy.

Escape the endless email scanning loop. Syve cross-references your chaotic inbox against your core strategy, quietly filtering out the noise. Start your morning with total clarity on what matters, and end your day knowing your time was spent on the right things.

Works with your Microsoft 365 or Outlook.com mailbox.

The moat

The only inbox tool that knows what your company is trying to do this quarter.

Copilot and Gemini rank email by recency, sender, and thread heat. Syve ranks by whether an email advances one of your goals. Upload a strategy deck, a personal OKR sheet, or a memo. Syve cites which goal a thread maps to, and demotes noise that does not.

Goal-ranked briefings

Every item in your morning briefing is scored against a goal you defined, not against how loud the thread is.

Cited to source goals

Each ranked thread cites which OKR, initiative, or memo it maps to. No black-box relevance.

Coaching that respects strategy

Focus blocks, meeting declines, and team follow-ups are proposed with your strategy as the tiebreaker.

Autonomy

Works while you sleep. Not while you scroll.

Syve runs overnight. By your chosen morning hour, the briefing is written, replies are drafted, low-value meetings are flagged, and focus blocks are held on your calendar. You stop opening the inbox app for scrolling and sorting. You open Syve for the concrete action plan.

Overnight refresh

Inbox re-ranked and analyzed by your chosen morning hour.

Drafted replies waiting

High-signal threads already have a reply drafted in your voice.

Meetings pre-audited

Low-value meetings flagged before you open your calendar.

Focus blocks and Automatic Weekly Planner

Deep-work slots defended against the rest of the week.

Built for how you actually work

Pick your seat. The message changes. The moat does not.

Ensure every email you send and every meeting you take maps directly to your quarterly OKRs.

  • Strategy-aware executive briefing
  • 1:1 and direct-report coaching signals
  • Weekly review scored against your goals

Upload a strategy doc during onboarding.

How it works

01

Connect your inbox and calendar

One click to link your Microsoft 365 or Outlook.com account. Read-only by default.

02

Upload your strategy and goals

Syve ingests strategy decks, OKR sheets, or a plain memo, and uses them as the ranking backbone for every briefing, draft, and coaching prompt.

03

Briefing in, recap out

A short morning briefing lands in your inbox. An end-of-day recap tells you what you handled, what slipped, and tomorrow's top three.

What you get

Grouped by what they do for you, not by which screen they live on.

A Friday scorecard on where the week actually moved your goals.

Frequently asked

How is this different from Copilot or Gemini?

Those rank by thread heat, sender, and recency. Syve ranks by whether an email advances a goal you defined. Upload a strategy doc or an OKR sheet and every briefing item cites which goal it maps to.

Do I really need to upload a strategy doc?

No, but it is where Syve gets sharpest. Without one, ranking uses inferred signals from your sent mail and calendar. With one, every briefing item cites which goal it maps to and low-signal noise gets demoted honestly.

What happens to my strategy documents?

They live in your private workspace and are used only to rank your inbox and calendar. Never shared, never used to train shared models.

Which email and calendar do you support?

Outlook.com and Microsoft 365 mailboxes, with Google Calendar for scheduling. You can connect both your company and private Outlook accounts side by side.

Can I keep my private and work email separate?

Yes. Each account is connected as its own workspace. You can view work only, personal only, or both together. Data from each account stays isolated and is only used for your briefings.

What data do you access?

Read access to your messages and calendar events. Syve uses it to build your briefing and never shares it with third parties.

Are there usage limits?

Each plan has generous fair-use limits designed so a normal user never runs into them. You will not see counters, tokens, or per-action fees in the app. If something ever throttles, Syve tells you in plain language and everything else keeps working.

Where is my data stored?

On secure infrastructure with row-level access controls. Only you can read your account's data.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancel any time from your account and your data is removed on request.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No card charged until the trial ends, cancel any time.
